Is Jesse Jackson getting props from the Religious Right and Pro-Life bloggers, commentators and media for coming to be by the side of Terri Schiavo's parents?

No, because they don't actually want "pro-life" to be universally accepted. They want it to be a divisive marker, to delineate true believers (Bush/Falwell conservatives)from the unbelievers (everyone else). The religious right, in truth, is quite uncomfortable when someone else agrees with them. Go figure!

It's funny that they can give Jesse Jackson props when he agrees with them on an issue such as this, but would never give an inch in allowing him to have anything good to say when it comes to being contrary to their economic conservativism.
