Hugh Thompson, an American hero, died on January 6. The story of his crews confrontation with murderous soldiers to save innocent victims at My Lai is almost forgotten.
It is a good time to pray for American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan to follow his example when their conscience is tested.
