How To Watch TV News

John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute details, How to Watch TV News on his website. It is a helpful primer, referencing Neil Postman much of the time.

John speaks of the filters we need that are more nuanced than the typical "Left" and "Right." His advice will comfort and bother both Liberals and Conservatives, both of whom feel the news is biased against their particular worldview.

A fantastic article Rick. Thanks for posting it.

I really loathe TV news. John Whitehead's "how to" is something any serious minded news viewer needs to read.

Thanks for the comment.
No offense taken.
I think you are mistken though, because where I'm from, it would be a little more than a "little" fight. Its part of the "Redneck Creed", lol. There are plenty of good Confederates down here that do not/will not stand for tyranny like that.

Amendment IV in the constitution says:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and SEIZURES, shall not be violated.

Amendment V says:
...nor shall private property be taken for public use...
