It may come as a shock to readers of this blog, since I am always showing my ass in some way, but I have never mooned another person.
However, in a victory for proponents of free speech and civil liberties everywhere, mooning is legal in Maryland. Let the ACLU rejoice and Focus on the Family write fundraising letter decrying the action. Let all fraternities move their headquarters to this champion of "disgusting" and "demeaning" but legal behavior. Let all police officers, high school principals and teenage girls beware.
