While I am excited to fly to Minneapolis for an Emergent meeting this weekend and early next week, I must admit that I am now experiencing mixed emotions.After seeing a billboard promoting the event, I asked my friend Jon if he could arrange for tickets to an event early next week, not realizing I would be out of town. Of course, Jon came through with free tickets (free VIP tix with a private room and free drinks) and I am unable to attend.
So, while I am enjoying the company of old friends and planning for Emergent's eventual takeover of the world, I will be missing the Championship Sumo Matches in Tampa on Monday night.
